There are 2 levels of membership voting and non-voting. In order to be eligible for voting membership, a member must have a minimum of one professional credit in an above-the-line function (producer, director, and writer) for a program, film or video that has been distributed or broadcast. Voting members will be eligible to vote on motions and by-laws and will be eligible to serve on the board of directors of the association.

 

A non-voting member is entitled to attend all ViFPA functions and to be notified of all ViFPA activities. Non-voting members will also be entitled to participate in the discussion of ViFPA business and to sit on committees but will not be entitled to vote on by-laws and other business matters of the association or to serve on the board of directors of the association.
