Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at 9:44AM The Annual General Meeting for the Victoria Film Professionals Association (VIFPA) will be held on Monday, March 7th, from 6 – 8 pm. This will be the first AGM for the newly minted association, so in addition to electing a slate of directors, there will also be time set aside to discuss VIFPA by-laws and membership.
It is our hope, with the newly expanded mandate of this organization, that there will also be new members of Victoria’s film community willing to become part of the board. Nominations will be done at the meeting. If you cannot attend, but wish to nominate someone for the board, please send your nomination notice in by March 6th.
